HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 5 (acn) An ongoing national control and auditing is currently considering the managerial activity of state companies in central Sancti Spiritus province to counter vulnerabilities and prepare company directives to play effective role.
The audit is supervising 23 state entities in the province and the head of the auditing team now considering the performance of the local meat-processing company Maylin Palmero said that the agenda includes the hiring of private workers, the production destined to state organizations, the failure to meet payment compromises which affect the country´s economy and the population, among other aspects.
Meanwhile, supervisor Yeleni Alvarez said that the audit also clears out doubts and offers practical answers to concerns related to the implementation of new managerial activity in Cuban state companies.
For Jose Azcanio, director of the meat-processing plant under auditing, said that the inspection helps strengthening collective work by exposing financial difficulties and providing tools for a better planning of the entity´s objectives for 2016.And company vice-director Osdany Castro admitted that such control has revealed economic weaknesses and the need to increase gains for his entity.
The audit is considering how the executives implement new initiatives that provide them with decision-taking independence and other factors included in the new Cuban managerial activity.
